Research at our institute is as diverse as general practice and family medicine itself. Key topics are “family medicine and climate change”, “patient safety” and “e-health”. To achieve this, we carry out high-quality research projects and develop and test innovative concepts for GP practices and outpatient consultations.

In our research activities, a user-centered and participatory approach is important to us. Therefore, in our projects we involve the whole GP practice team, consisting of doctors and healthcare assistants, as well as patients, the public and other stakeholders wherever possible.
